விதிமுறைகள்:

நடுவர் தீர்ப்பு இறுதியானது, மேலும் வாக்குவாதம் கூடாது. தேவையற்ற வாதங்கள் அணி தகுதி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட காரணமாகலாம்.
மடக்கு சுண்டு வீச்சு (knuckle bowling), ஃபைபர் மட்டை அனுமதி இல்லை.
நேரத்தை கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும். இல்லையெனில் ஓவர்கள் குறைக்கப்படும் மற்றும் போனஸ் ரன்கள் வழங்கப்படும். முதல் 10 நிமிட தாமதத்திற்கு 1 ஓவர் குறைக்கப்பட்டு 8 போனஸ் ரன்கள் வழங்கப்படும். அடுத்த ஒவ்வொரு 5 நிமிட தாமதத்திற்கும் 1 ஓவர் குறைக்கப்பட்டு 6 போனஸ் ரன்கள் வழங்கப்படும். மாற்றங்கள் அல்லது முடிவுகளை ஏற்பாட்டாளர்கள் எடுக்கலாம்.
போட்டியின் எந்தப் பகுதியிலும் மோசடி கண்டறியப்பட்டால், அந்தக் குழு தகுதி நீக்கம் செய்யப்படும்.
5 பந்து வீச்சாளர்களை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். ஒரு பந்து வீச்சாளர் அதிகபட்சமாக 2 ஓவர்கள் மட்டுமே வீச முடியும்.
"Caught out" ஆனால், அடுத்த ஆட்டக்காரர் ஸ்ட்ரைக்கிற்கு அழைக்கப்படுவார்.
ஒரு பந்து வீச்சாளர் ஓட்டப் பாதையில் ஓட ஆரம்பிக்கும் போது எந்தவித தொந்தரவு ஒலியும் ஏற்படக் கூடாது. மட்டையாளர் கண்டனம் செய்தால், முதல் முறை எச்சரிக்கை வழங்கப்படும், அடுத்த முறை நடுவர் அதைக் கண்டறிந்தால், நோ-பால் வழங்கப்படும்.
எல்லா நோ-பால் (NB) டெலிவரிக்கும், பேட்ஸ்மெனுக்கு (batsman) ஒரு ஃப்ரீ ஹிட் (free hit) வழங்கப்படுகிறது
சரியான விளையாட்டு உடை அணிவது விளையாட கட்டாயமாகும்.
மது அருந்தி விளையாடுவது தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மைதான எல்லைக்கு அப்பால் செல்லும் பந்துகளை, துடுப்பாட்ட அணி மீண்டும் எடுத்து வருவதன் மூலம், போட்டி சரியான நேரத்தில் முடிவதை உறுதி செய்ய உதவும்.
மொத்த போட்டியிலும் 12 வீரர்கள் மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்த முடியும்.
லெக் பை தவிர, பிற அனைத்து கூடுதல் ஓட்டங்களும் கிடைக்கின்றன. (வைட், நோ பால், பை, ஓவர் த்ரோ)
1run "Declare" அறிவிப்பு செய்தால் ஸ்டிரைக் மாற்றப்பட வேண்டும். இல்லையெனில், அந்த ஓட்டம் வழங்கப்படாது. ஸ்டிரைக் மாற்றப்படாவிட்டால், அது டாட் பாலாகக் கருதப்படும்.
பவர்ப்ளே கிடைக்கிறது. விளையாட்டைத் தொடங்குவதற்கு முன் அம்பயரிடம் பவர்ப்ளே ஓவர்களைப் பற்றி கேட்டு தெரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
Fielding கட்டுப்பாடுகள்:

wicket காப்பாளருடன் மற்றொரு கள வீரர் எப்போதும் முப்பது கெஜம் வட்டத்திற்குள் ஸ்டம்ப் பின்னால் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
லெக் பக்கத்தில் பந்து வீச்சாளரைத் தவிர்த்து அதிகபட்சம் 5 கள வீரர்களை எப்போதும் வைக்கலாம்.
பவர்ப்ளேவுக்குப் பிறகு, 11 வீரர்களுடன் அணி விளையாடும் போது, அதிகபட்சம் 5 கள வீரர்கள் 30 கெஜம் வட்டத்திற்கு வெளியே ஃபீல்டு செய்ய அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.
பவர்ப்ளேவில், 11 வீரர்களுடன் அணி விளையாடும் போது, 2 கள வீரர்கள் 30 கெஜம் வட்டத்திற்கு வெளியே அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்

டாஸ் நடப்பதற்கு முன்பாக, அணிகள் தங்கள் அனைத்து வீரர்களையும் ஆப் அணியில் சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். இல்லையெனில், அதுவும் அணி வருகை தாமதமாகக் கருதப்படும்.
மேற்கூறிய ஓவர்களுடன் அனைத்து போட்டிகளும் விளையாடப்படும், அணிகள் சரியான நேரத்தில் மைதானத்தில் இருந்தால்.
போட்டி பந்து உடைந்தாலோ, தொலைந்தாலோ, பந்து கிழிந்தாலோ தவிர மாற்ற முடியாது. போட்டி நேரத்தில் தேவையற்ற விவாதங்களைத் தவிர்க்க அணி பந்துகளை கொண்டு வர வேண்டும். அனைத்து முடிவுகளும் நடுவர்கள் வசமே.
முழு பங்கேற்பு கட்டணத்தையும் முன்கூட்டியே அல்லது முதல் போட்டி தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்பே செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
போட்டி ஏற்பாட்டாளர்களுக்கு சூழ்நிலையைப் பொறுத்து முடிவுகளை மாற்றுவதற்கோ அல்லது விதிகளை மாற்றுவதற்கோ முழு உரிமை உள்ளது.
மாற்று வீரர் விதிமுறைகள்:

முதல் இன்னிங்ஸில், அதிகபட்சமாக 50% ஓவர்கள் வரை மாற்று வீரரை களமிறக்க அனுமதி உண்டு. அதற்குப் பிறகு, அசல் வீரர் களத்தில் இல்லை என்றால், மாற்று வீரர் மைதானத்தை விட்டு வெளியேற வேண்டும் .
இரண்டாவது இன்னிங்ஸ் துவங்கும் முதல் ஓவரிலிருந்தே அசல் வீரர் களத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
இரண்டாவது இன்னிங்ஸ் தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்பு அசல் வீரர் மைதானத்தை அடையவில்லை என்றால், அவரை அணியில் சேர்க்க முடியாது.
அசல் வீரர் மைதானத்திற்கு வந்து பின்னர் அவசர காரணங்களுக்காக அம்பயர்களிடம் தெரிவித்து வெளியேறினால், 30% ஓவர்கள் வரை மாற்று வீரரை களமிறக்க அனுமதி உண்டு.
ஒரு வீரர் களத்திற்கு வர (fielding) தகுதியற்றவராக இருந்தால், அவர் மைதானத்தில் இருந்தால், மாற்று வீரர் அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்.
மட்டையாளருக்கு துணை ஓட்டக்காரர் அனுமதி இல்லை

டாஸ் போடுவதற்கு முன்னதாக விளையாடும் 11 பேர் பெயர் பட்டியல் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Rules:

Umpire decision is final, no more arguments. Unnecessary arguments may lead to disqualify the team.
Chottu/knuckle bowling, fiber bat banned.
Timing should be followed. Otherwise over will be reduced and bonus runs will be provided. For first 10 minutes delay 1 over will be reduced and 8 bonus runs will be provided. Next every 5 minutes 1 over will be reduced and 6 bonus runs will be provided. Again all rights upto organisers.
Cheating identified in any part of tournament, that team will be disqualified.
5 bowlers should be used. Max 2 overs a bowler can bowl.
For caught out, always new batsman will be called for strike.
No disturbing noises produced when a bowler starts his run up for bowling. If batsman appeal for it, 1st time warning will be given and next time umpires finds it, then no ball will be given.
For all the NB free hit is given to the batsman.
Proper sport dressing is mandatory.
Drunk and play is not allowed.
Boundary balls batting team need to collect and help the match to finish on time.
Only 12 players can be used in entire tournament.
Excluding Leg byes, all other extra runs are available. (Wide, No ball, Byes, Overthrow)
For 1run declare also strike to be changed always. Otherwise that 1run will not be given. If strike not changed, then it will be considered as dot ball.
Powerplay is there. Check with umpire for powerplay overs before start the game.
Field restrictions - Along with keeper 1more fielder always should be placed behind the stumps within the thirty yard circle. Leg side max 5fielders can be placed always without counting bowler. Max 5fielders are allowed to field outside the 30yard circle after the powerplay, if the team is playing with 11players. In powerplay 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30yard, if team is playing with 11players.
Teams should be added all their players in the team before the toss. Otherwise that will also be considered as team arrival delay.
All matches will be played with above mentioned overs, when teams are available to play on time.
Match ball can't be changed until it is broken or lost or tare(not possible to bowl). Team should bring balls, to avoid unwanted discussions during match time.
Full entry should be paid in advance or before the 1st match starting.
Match organizers have all rights to alter decisions or change rules based on the situation.
Player substitution - 1st innings max 50% overs allowed. After that if the player is not in, substitute player will be considered as playing 11. 2nd innings from the 1st over itself player should be in. If the player didn't reach the ground yet until 2nd innings start, he can't be added in the squad. If he came and then left due to any emergency after informing umpires 30% overs substitution can be placed. If a player is unfit to field and he is in ground, then substitution is allowed. Byrunner is not allowed for the batsman.
Playing 11s name list should be given prior to the toss.
