Satadhar Cricket Camp Rajkot 2018 was organized between 5th May’18 to 7th May’18 at Rajkot.
9 teams from various verticals participated in this tournament. The crucial final of this much celebrated tournament was played between Murlidhar XI and Darshan XI on 7th May’18 at D.H.College - Rajkot.
Electing to bat, Murlidhar XI posted a decent score of 123 runs in 16 overs by losing 6 wickets. Team didn’t get a very good start but Captain Pakka Mama played a very good innings and smashed 56 runs off 23 balls with 1 boundary and 3 sixes. Shoaib Diwan too played well and made 35 runs in 31 balls. Their partnership led team to 123 runs in 16 overs. Pick of the bowlers was Ankur Singh from Darshan XI, who picked 2 wickets in 4 overs.
While replying, Darshan XI did face some early blows but a strong partnership between Hiren Prajapati (55) and Hitendrasinh Jadeja (54) steered team straight towards victory. Team chased down the target in 13.4 overs by losing 2 wickets.
Darshan XI registered a comfortable 8 wickets win in the final of Satadhar Cricket Camp Rajkot 2018 against Murlidhar XI.
Hitendrasinh Jadeja from Darshan XI was awarded as the player of the match.
