RVR & JCCE Intramural League 2018 was played between 27th Feb.’18 to 4th Apr.’18 at Guntur.
Out of the 12 participant teams, the final was played between Team Grey Colour and Team Green Colour on 4th Apr.’18 at RVR & JC College Ground- Guntur.
Team Green Colour won the toss and elected to field. Proving their decision right, they restricted Team Grey Colour at a low score of 65 runs in 20 overs with the loss of 8 wickets. No one from Team Grey Colour managed to go beyond 10’s, where in highest scorer was Singampalli Yashwanth Kumar with 19 runs off 26 balls. K. Venkatesh from Team Green Colour was the chief wrecker, who took 4 wickets in 4 overs giving only 11 runs.
Since the target was not very difficult to defend, Team Green Colour managed to reach the score of 66 runs in 11.4 overs with the loss of 4 wickets. Highest scorers were Praneeth D.V.S. and K. Venkatesh with 19 and 12 runs respectively. Pick of the bowlers was Singampalli Yashwanth Kumar from Team Grey Colour with 2 wickets.
Team Green Colour won the final by 6 wickets against Team Grey Colour in RVR & JCCE Intramural League 2018.
