Burhani T10 Big Bash League was organized between 27th Jan.’18 to 10th Mar.’18 at Mumbai.
Out of the 12 participant teams, the final was played between Saifee XI and Shabab C C on 10th Mar.’18 at Sassanian Pitch -Mumbai.
Shabab C C won the toss and elected to field. Decision did not go well for the team as Saifee XI played a good innings and made 90 runs in 10 overs by losing 10 wickets. They got a wonderful start with Farkhuddin Tarwala smashing 50 runs in 30 balls with 4 boundaries 1 six. Hussain Narsingarwala and Shabbir Tinwala also scored 13 runs each at good pace.
While replying, Shabab C C started well with both the opening batsmen Ali Asgar Electricwala and Naeem Kagalwala scoring 18 and 26 respectively at good rate. However, team failed to maintain the pace and ended up scoring 82 runs in 10 overs after losing 4 wickets. Fakhruddin Tarwala from Saifee XI shined again as he took 2 important wickets in 1 over.
Saifee XI won the final of Burhani T10 Big Bash League by 8 runs against Shabab C C.
