Mehul Kshtriya scored a half-century Head Masters’ Association (HMA) recorded a comfortable 57-run win over Shakuntal CC (SCC) in Ganesh Cup Minor Tournament on Friday. At CN Sports Academy, Mehul top scored with 85-ball 74 as HMA struggled with the bat to post 224 in 39.5 overs after electing to bat first. For SCC, Jaydeep Rathod was the pick of the lot with four wickets while Mukesh Makwana added three more. Milan Vaghela then slammed 57-ball 60 while Himanshu Parmar added 41more from 67 balls but their efforts went in vain as their teammates faltered in chase. Bilal Rajput took three wickets as HMA bowled out their rivals for 167 in 34.5 overs to win the match.
