An interesting tournament - T10 Bang Bang Women Cricket 2018 was organized on 8th Mar.’18 at Navi Mumbai.
Out of the 4 participant teams, the final was played between Willow Speeders and Jai Hind Sports Club Kharghar at 40+ Belapur Sports Association Ground- Navi Mumbai.
Willow Speeders won the toss and elected to bat. Team played an excellent innings and scored 138 runs in 10 overs by losing 1 wicket. Prajakta Shirwadkar and Sheryl Rozario played extremely well as they scored 60 and 52 runs at a very good pace.
While replying, Jai Hind Sports Club Kharghar failed to give a good fight. Most of the players scored below 10 and team closed the innings at the score of 40 runs in 10 overs with the loss of 5 wickets. Harshita Saini was the highest scorer with 10 runs. Bowling highlight of the innings was Pallavi Bharadwaj from Willow Speeders, who took 2 wickets in 2 overs.
Willow Speeders won the final of T10 Bang Bang Women Cricket 2018 with the huge margin of 98 runs against Jai Hind Sports Club Kharghar.
