Sadh Samaj World Cup FKBD 2018 was organized by Sadh Samaj- Farrukhabad between 30th Jan.’18 to 14th Feb.’17.
Out of the 8 participant teams, the crucial final was played between Surat Sadh XI SWC and Delhi Blue SWC on 14th Feb.’18 at Fatehgarh- Farrukhabad.
Surat Sadh XI won the toss and elected to bat. Team started well with both Mahul Sadh(20) and Sanil Sadh(19) scoring steadily. However, team did not manage to score at a very good pace and they went on losing wickets at regular intervals restricting them from scoring freely. Highest scorer was Shrey Sadh with 44 runs. Surat Sadh XI scored 174 runs at the end of 30 overs by losing 9 wickets. Raju Sadh and and Gaurav from Delhi Blue SWC bowled well and took 2 and 3 wickets respectively interrupting the run flow of opponent team.
While replying, Delhi Blue SWC played a good innings with almost all the players contributing significantly for the final chase. Sushant Sadh and Akash were the highest scorers among all with 39 and 35 runs respectively. Team did lost some important wickets during middle overs but they had a strong batting line up, which helped them achieve the target in 29.4 overs with the loss of 7 wickets. Pick of the bowlers was Ankit S Sadh, who took 3 wickets in 6 overs.
Delhi Blue SWC won the final by 3 wickets against Surat Sadh XI SWC in Sadh Samaj World Cup FKBD 2018.
