Eicher Premier League 2018 was organized between 14th Jan.’18 to 21st Jan.’18 at Kushabhau Thakre Stadium- Dewas.
18 teams participated in this much loved tournament, which was scored by Mr. Aryan Rathore.
Audience at Kushabhau Thakre stadium witnessed some outstanding performances in the final of this tournament, which was played between Knight Riders and Quality Champion on 21st Jan.’18.
Knight Riders won the toss and elected to bat. Team played an excellent innings and made 115 runs in just 8 overs with the loss of 3 wickets, where major contribution came from Captain Javed, who smashed 82 runs in just 30 balls with 4 fours and 9 sixes. Other players too scored at a good pace. Pick of the bowlers was R.N Dwivedi from Quality Champion with 2 wickets.
While chasing, Quality Champion performed exceptionally well as they chased down the target which seemed impossible to achieve in 8 overs in just 6.2 overs after losing 2 wickets. Performer of the innings was Ravi Chillar, who made 83 runs in 19 balls by hitting 2 fours and 12 sixes steered his team towards the glorious victory. Arun was the pick of the bowlers, who took 1 wicket in 2 overs.
Quality Champion won the final by 8 wickets in Eicher Premier League 2018.
