MPL- 3 (Makdi Premier League) 2017 was organized from 3rd Dec.’17 to 21st Dec.’17 at Kondagaon. 12 teams from different verticals participated in this tournament.
The final of MPL- 3 was played on 21st Dec.’13 at High School Ground- Kondagaon between CG Medical Challenger and 4 Super Sixers, where in CG Medical Challengers won the toss and elected to bat.
Team played a wonderful innings and scored 108 runs at the end of 12 overs after losing 4 wickets. Highest contributors were Murli Dhar and Dikesh Yadav, who have scored 52 and 40 runs respectively.
Pick of the bowers was Pawan from 4 Super Sixes, who took 2 wickets in 2 overs.
While chasing the target of 109 runs, 4 Super Sixes did not get a good start. None of the players managed to go beyond 10’s and team ended up losing all wickets in 10.5 overs at the score of 58 runs. Highest scorer was Tosendra with 18 runs. Murli Dhar from CG Medical Challenger bowled extremely well as he took 3 important wickets in 2.5 overs.
CG Medical Challenger won the final of MPL-3 (Makdi Premier League) 2017 with wide margin of 50 runs against 4 Super Sixers.
Murli Dhar from CG Medical Challenger was awarded as the player of the match.
