The Maharashtra Premier League 2024 continued to thrill fans on Day 12 with two electrifying matches held at the MCA International Cricket Stadium in Pune. The league matches saw the PBG Kolhapur Tuskers and the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Kings emerge victorious in high-scoring encounters.
In the first match of the day, the PBG Kolhapur Tuskers won the toss and elected to field against the Eagle Nashik Titans. Batting first, the Titans posted a formidable total of 222/5 in their 20 overs, thanks to a stellar 57-run innings from Arshin Kulkarni. Despite losing wickets at regular intervals, the Titans managed to keep the scoreboard ticking.
The Tuskers, however, chased down the target in 19 overs with ease, losing only four wickets. Ankeet Bawne played a match-winning knock of 94*, supported by Yogesh Dongare's quickfire 59. The Tuskers reached 226/4, securing a 6-wicket victory. Bawne was named the Player of the Match for his outstanding performance.

The Kings chased down the target in just 17.5 overs, thanks to a brilliant 54-run innings from Om Bhosale and a solid 40 from Murtuza Trunkwala. The Kings finished at 155/2, winning by 8 wickets. Om Bhosale was declared the Player of the Match for his impactful performance.
