Kolkata: The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) is all set to host the N C Chatterjee T20 Memorial Trophy from 3rd April to 31st May 2023. The tournament, which will be played with a leather ball, will witness 40 teams vying for the coveted trophy across various grounds in Kolkata.
The participating teams include some of the prominent names in the cricketing circuit like Alipore Sporting Club, Albert Sporting Club, Ballygunge Sporting Association, Bengal Sporting Club, Howrah Sporting Club, and Jorabagan Club among others. The tournament will also feature second-division teams like Abasar, Ariadaha SC, Balak Sangha, and Baranagar Sporting Club, among others.
The matches will be held across eleven different grounds in Kolkata, including YMCA Ground, Town Ground, Taltala Ground, Rangers Ground, Rajasthan Club Ground, P & T Ground, Kalighat Ground, Federation Ground, Eden Garden Kolkata, Deshbandhu (Oval) Park Ground, and Deshapriya Park Ground.
