(HPL) Hindu Premier League was organized between 1st Nov.’17 to 18th Nov.’ 17 at Bikaner.
Out of 28 participant teams, the final of HPL (Hindu Premier League) 2017 was played between Shri Ganapati Club (R.R) and Bikaner Royal (Bikaner) on 18th Nov.’ 17 at Dharnidhar Ground, Bikaner.
Shri Ganpati Club (R.R) won the toss and elected to bat. Team did not get a good start and lost some important wickets in early overs. Despite trying well, team ended up scoring 98 runs at the end of 18.2 overs by losing all wickets. Gorav Khatri was the highest scorer with 33 runs. Vishal Harsh from Bikaner Royal (Bikaner) bowled really well as he took 3 wickets in 3 overs.
While replying, Bikaner Royal (Bikaner) managed to achieve the target easily in just 12.4 overs. Team got a very good start as both opening batsmen started to score at a good pace. Highest scorer was Dinesh Choudhary, who made 39 runs in 35 balls. Ganpat Sharma too played really well and added 21 runs in just 10 balls. Bikaner Royal (Bikaner) scored 102 runs in 12.4 overs after losing 2 wickets.
Bikaner Royal (Bikaner) won the final by 8 wickets and crowned as champions of HPL (Hindu Premier League) 2017.
Player of the match was Dinesh Chaudhary from Bikaner Royal (Bikaner).
