Eagle Turf at Puducherry presented their Grand Inaugural League Tournament during the 1st week of October joining hands with United Cricket Club.
Eagle Turf is a brand new Indoor Cricket Arena with all the basic facilities available. It is one among the biggest turfs located in Puducherry.
36 teams participated in the competition which is the highest number of teams participated in any indoor cricket tournament at Puducherry.
Team ACC guided by Mugesh won the championship and team Spartans under Mano ended up as runner up.
Teams Tamil CC and Team 7 led by Deva and Anand respectively secured third place in the tournament.
Arun from ACC was awarded the Best Batsman of the tournament while Prabha from ACC was adjudged the Best Bowler of the tournament. Vijay from Spartans bagged the Man of the Tournament award. Also Hariharan from the team Storm Riders was awarded with the Best Fielder award
The tournament was Main sponsored by Gravity Restopub and Hookah and Co-sponsored by Fastway Sports Shop and Sai Ram mobiles.
Team United CC under the guidance of Venkat successfully organised their 7th indoor tournament in 2022.
