Cosmopolitan 222/5 in 20 overs (Akshay Tyagi 107*, Sachin Chechi 48, Amit Bhatt 2/27) beat Glamorgan Shields 174/8 in 20 overs (Rajbeer Nagar 71, Mohit Sharma 4/25, Sachin Chechi 2/6) by 48 runs.
As Glamorgan Shields won the toss, they eleceted to bowl first. Cosmopolitan didn't had the greatest of the outsets as they lost both their openers by the end of half of the powerplay. Then came Akshay Tyagi, he just blowed away the bowling attack of Glamorgan Shields, he smashed almost every bowler out of the park and scored a magnificent unbeaten ton. He hit as many as 18 boundaries in his marathon innings to go with a couple of maximums, faced 53 deliveries and scored with a strike rate of 201. He was well accompanied by Sachin Chechi who also went on to contribute a brilliant 48. Glamorgan Shields used eight bowling options, Amit Bhatt grabbed two wickets for 27 runs, his figures remained the best figures of the innings. Due to the fantastic performance from Cosmopolitan's batters, they posted a huge total of 222 runs in the first innings.

As the second innings started, Glamorgan Shields had an ardous task of chasing down a mammoth total of 223 runs in 120 deliveries. Rajbeer Nagar and Niku gave a mindblowing start for the opening stand, they both added 119 runs for the opening wicket. Rajbeer made contribution of 71 runs while Niku scored 48 runs. After the fall of second wicket, the defending side came back strongly, they did not let any chance for the batters to come back and restricted the batting unit by 48 runs. Mohit Sharma bowled a magical spell of 4/27 while his partner Sachin Chechi grabbed a couple of wickets in his lone over.
