Blazewell 198/9 in 20 overs (Yash Madan 52, Asif Khan 35, Raj 4/45) beat Sky Skrabers 151 in 18.3 overs (Raj 52, Asif Khan 3/25, Gagan Sodhi 2/27) by 47 runs.
Sky Skrabers won the toss and invited Blazewell to bat first. Blazewell didn't had a great start to their innings, they lost their first four wickets inside nine over and by the end of ninth over, their score was 62/4. Then, Gaurav Negi alongwith Yash Madan added 58 runs for the fifth wicket. They both accompanied each other brilliantly, in fact, Yash went on to score an outstanding fifty in which he hit five sixes and two boundaries. But the main difference came with the brilliant efforts from Asif Khan and Gagan Sodhi down the order, they played 12 and eight deliveries for their respective scores of 35 and 30 respectively. Both the batsmen hit four maximums each. With the help of combined efforts from the batting unit of Blazewell, they were able to reach 198 runs in 20 overs. Raj remained the top wicket taker from Sky Skrabers with four wickets to his name.
Sky Skrabers' Hemant Kumar and Shubhendu came out to start the chase and they needed a required run rate of 10 right from the beginning to win the game. Batsmen had done their job, now it was the turn of Blazzers' bowling unit to take their team to victory. They didn't disappoint, they bowled brilliantly, Gagan Sodhi, Sunny Verma, Asif Khan, Daman Ahuja and Chirag were all among the wickets. Asif Khan continued his good form and took most number of wickets in the innings. Sky Skrabers kept losing wickets throughout their innings and were bowled out for 151 runs in second last over, losing the game by 47 runs.
