SS Sports Club 157 in 19.4 overs (Naksh7 33, Manish Kumar 3/16, Deepak Dhillon 2/16) beat Sky Skrabers 103 in 16 overs (Gulzar 33, Deepanshu Phore 5/13, Mohit Khatri 3/21) by 54 runs.
Sky Skrabers were given 158 runs to chase down in their 20 overs. SS Sports Club had to pick up wickets at the early stage in order to restrict the opposition from a getting a good start. Mohit Khatri, the strike bowler from SS Sports Club came with full energy and proved to be a nightmare for the top order of Sky Skrabers, he dismissed the opening duo followed by Ankit Lamba in quick succession and put his side in comfort. Deepanshu and Sachin also joined the fest to shake the batting unit of Sky Skrabers. In fact, Deepanshu Phore got rid of lower half of the batting unit, he bowled an excellent spell of 3-0-13-5. From the batting side, Gulzar remained the top scorer with 33 runs. Sachin Vashisht took a couple of wickets for 18 runs.
SS Sports Club won the toss and elected to bat first. They didn't had a great start to their innings as they lost their opening pair early in the innings. Then, Deepanshu Phore and Naksh7 rebuild the innings, they contributed 28 and 33 runs respectively. Down the order, Monu Thapa and Mohit Khatri's cameos helped SS Sports Club to get a defendable total of 157 runs. There was no fifty in the first innings but it was a collective effort from the batsmen. All the bowlers from Sky Skrabers were among the wickets, Manish Kumar grabbed three while Raj, Deepak and Shivam each took a couple of wickets, Alok Singh also chipped in with a wicket of Monu Thapa. The highest partnership of the match was between Amit Solanki and Monu Thapa who addded 43 runs for the sixth wicket.
