Gulmohar Trophy 2017 was organized between 4th Nov.’17 to 12th Nov.’17.
The final of much cherished tournament was played between Mayur Cricket Club and Wadapur Cricket Club on 12th Nov.’17 at Shaskiya Ground, Solapur.
Wadapur Cricket Club won the toss and elected to field. Batting first, Mayur Cricket Club made a very good score of 122 runs in just 8 overs with the loss of 3 wickets. Suraj Pathan played an exceptional innings as he scored 77 runs in just 27 balls by hitting 4 fours and 9 sixes.
The target was difficult to defend for Wadapur Cricket Club. Despite giving a good try, team did not manage to score at a required pace and ended up scoring 41 runs in 8 overs after losing 5 wickets.
Mayur Cricket Club won the final by 81 runs against Wadapur Cricket Club in Gulmohar Trophy 2017.
Player of the match was Suraj Pathan from Mayur Cricket Club.
