Nik had an excellent match throughout, he contributed 54 runs with the bat to go with a fifer with the ball.  PSG2 started their innings in a shaky fashion, over by over, they kept losing wickets and in the end Nik’s hat trick concluded the story of the chasing side. Apart from him, Ashish Singh, Shanky Bisht and Sumit Tyagi also contributed with the ball taking two and each a wicket respectively.

Galaxy Super Kings were invited to bat first. Sumit Tyagi and Saurabh Tripathi came out to open the innings, they were going well before the later was dismissed in third over off the bowling of Vinod Singh. After his departure came Nik, he came and he conquered. He smashed almost every ball out of the park. He faced only 19 deliveries, out of which 9 were boundaries. In those nine deliveries, seven were sixes. Prince Bisht and Sanjeev Pathak also scored 33 and 22 runs respectively. Though, there was a little batting collapse in the middle of the innings but they managed well to get to 182 before getting all out in 18 overs. From the bowling side, Sumit and Rachit Sharma grabbed three wickets each while Vinod Singh also picked up a couple.
