Out of 7 participant teams, the final is played between Dildar Boss and Khan Lions on 29th Oct.’17 at Mahatma Phule School Ground, Parbhani.
Dildar Boss won the toss and elected to bat. Team played well with almost all the players contributing in the final score. Shoaib Ansari (wk) and Zama Khan were highest scorers with 36 and 18 runs respectively. Team scored at a good pace and ended up scoring 98 runs in 10 overs by losing 7 wickets. Bowling highlight of the innings was Fazil Kausdikar from Khan Lions, who took 3 wickets in 3 overs.
Khan Lions gave a good fight while chasing the target of 99 runs. Despite losing some important wickets in early overs, team managed to score at required pace. It was an interesting fight till the last over and Khan Lions managed to chase the target in 9.4 overs after losing 8 wickets. Nadim Khan Yalgar from Dildar boss bowled exceptionally well and took 5 wickets in 3 overs.
Khan Lions won the final of KKPL Season 4 by 2 wickets against Dildar Boss.
