Heads and Tails Presents Ekta Premier League 2017 was organized between 23rd Sep.’17 to 28th Oct.’17 at Ahmednagar.
Out of 8 participant teams, the final was played between Matoshree Cricket Club (EPL) and BJM Cricket Club (EPL) at Boys High School, Medchal on 28th Oct.’17.
Matoshree Cricket Club (EPL) won the toss and elected to bat. Decision did not go well in their favour and team started to lose wickets from the beginning. None of the players managed to score well and team bundled up scoring 40 runs in 10 overs. Pick of the bowlers was Magesh Pund from BJM Cricket Club (EPL), who took 3 wickets in 3 overs.
Since the target was not very high, BJM Cricket Club (EPL) managed to score 41 runs in 9.3 overs by losing 6 wickets.
Matoshree Cricket Club (EPL) lost the final by 4 wickets against BJM Cricket Club (EPL).
