The much cherished - DSB Premier League was organized between 17th Sep’17 to 15th Oct’17 at Royal Garden, Noida.
Out of 12 participant teams, the final was played between Storm Riders and Royal Stark on 15th Oct’17.
Royal Stark won the toss and elected to bat. Decision didn’t go in their favour as team started to lose wickets from early overs. None of the players managed to stay on crease for long. Storm Riders’ bowling performance was exceptional as they sent Royal Stark back to pavilion in 9.2 overs after scoring 53 runs. Pick of the bowlers was Maya Shankar Bhardwaj from Storm Riders, who took 4 wickets in 3.2 overs.
It was an easy target for Storm Riders. Team started to score at a good pace and reached the score of 57 runs in just 4.4 overs with the loss of 1 wicket.
Storm Riders won the final of DSB Premier League defeating Royal Stark by 9 wickets.
