Darshit Solanki slammed an impressive ton while Jeet Patel rattled the opposition with the ball as SMY Shahpur Tutorial High School (SMYSTHS) registered a mammoth 323-run win over Tutorial High School (THS), Kalupur in one-day U-19 Hiramani School Tournament on Friday.
At CN Sports Academy, Darshit led the charge with an impressive 122- ball 144 as SMYSTHS posted a daunting 399 for eight from 50 overs. Jeet Patel (42-ball 48), Ruchit Ahir (34-ball 46) and Hardik Prajapati (33-ball 43) too chipped in with useful runs. For THS, Maharshi Ratnottar took three wickets. Left with a daunting task, THS batting fell like a pack of cards as they were folded for 76 in 28.5 overs. Punit Gaja waged a lone battle for the losing side with a 51-ball 26 as his teammates were run over by Jeet who picked six wickets.
