Providence Ramadan Super League 2019 was organized between 4th May’19 to 3rd Jun.’19 at Ajman.
12 teams from different cities participated in this much cherished tournament from which, the crucial final was played between Classic Cricket Club UAE and Globalex Shaheen CC on 3rd Jun.’19 at Hamariyah ground 3- Ajman.
Electing to bat, Classic Cricket Club UAE started well with both opening batsmen Sathish and Munazzar Munaff scoring 23 and 42 runs respectively at fast rate. Rohan Classic played a wonderful innings and smashed 55 runs off 32 balls with 7 boundaries 2 sixes. Zohair Jivan supported him well from the other end and added useful 38 runs rapidly helping team put up a good score of 194 runs in 20 overs after losing all wickets. Pick of the bowlers was Hamza Arif from Globalex Shaheen CC with 3 wickets.
While chasing, Globalex Shaheen CC had an excellent start with Kamran Ashraf smashing 83 runs off 52 balls with 11 boundaries and 3 sixes. Haris Amir too scored 65 runs at fast rate taking team straight to the final win in 19.2 overs with the loss of 3 wickets.
Globalex Shaheen CC registered a glorious 7 wicket win over Classic Cricket Club UAE in the final of Providence Ramadan Super League 2019.
Kamran Ashraf from Globalex Shaheen CC was awarded as the player of the match for his significant contribution.
