Electrotherm Premier League was organized between 7th Dec.’18 to 25th Dec.’18 at Ahmedabad.
28 teams from various departments participated in this much cherished tournament from which, the final was played between Marcop &P Corporate and E&P Tiger 11 on 25th Dec.’18 at ET Cricket Ground- Ahmedabad.
Electing to bat, Marcop E&P Corporate got an excellent start with opening batsman Amit Shukla scoring 50 runs at fast rate. However, remaining players did not manage to stay strong and team started to lose wickets at regular intervals. Only players to reach at a double digit score apart from Amit Shukla were Raghani Vijay and Hardik Joshi with 19 and 13 runs respectively. Team ended up scoring 120 runs at the end of 15 overs with the loss of 8 wickets.
While replying, it had been a cake walk for E&P Tiger 11 as they achieved the target in just 10.2 overs by losing 1 wicket. Heval Patel and Nishant Brahmbhatt fired in unison as they smashed 59 and 57 runs respectively at fast rate taking team towards victory without any struggle.
E&P Tiger 11 registered a glorious 9 wicket win over Marcop E & P Corporate in the final of Electrotherm Premier League.
Heval Patel from E&P Tiger 11 was awarded as the player of the match.
