Bhadoria Cricket Cup U-10 was organized between 17th Apr.’18 to 19th Nov.’18 at Jaipur.
10 teams from various academies participated in this much cherished tournament from which, the crucial final was played between Candelweek Cricket Academy and Kodai Cricket Academy on 19th Nov.’18 at Ojas Cricket Ground- Jaipur.
Electing to bat, Candelweek Cricket Academy got an amazing start with the strong opening partnership between Kushagra Ojha and Oshnik. Kushagra Ojha played an exceptional innings as he smashed 100 runs in 106 balls with 13 boundaries. Oshnik too supported him well from the other end by adding 54 runs at stable pace, which was followed by Devansh Singh’s useful 32 runs in 45 balls that helped Candelweek Cricket Academy put up a very good score of 214 runs at the end of 40 runs with the loss of 3 wickets.
While chasing, Kodai Cricket Academy did not manage to get a good start and started to lose wickets from early overs. Ram Sharma was the only player, who managed to score well as he scored 52 runs in 66 balls with 4 boundaries. However, remaining players failed to stay on field for long against the strong bowling attack from Candelweek Cricket Academy and were dismissed below 20 runs. Kodai Cricket Academy scored 165 runs in 40 overs by losing 8 wickets. Pick of the bowlers were Ayush Gurjar and Devansh Singh from Candelweek Cricket Academy with 2 wickets each.
Candelweek Cricket Academy registered an easy 49 run win over Kodai Cricket Academy in the final of Bhadoria Cricket Cup U-10 2018.
Kushagra Ojha from Candelweek Cricket Academy was awarded as the player of the match for his outstanding performance.
