One of the most cherished tournaments of Sirohi- Maru Prajapati Samaj Cricket Season-11 (Chhapol) 2018 - organized by All Chhapol Prajapati was played between 10th Nov.’18 to 15th Nov.’18.
Out of the 39 participant teams, the crucial final of this heavily followed tournament was played between Mithan Veer Fighter and Bajrang Cricket Club Dhanpur on 15th Nov.’18 at Kala Bhata Stadium-Sirohi.
Electing to bat, Mithan Veer Fighter posted a reasonable score of 63 runs at the end of 10 overs. Highest scorer was Sampat Prajapati, who scored 23 runs off 21 balls with 3 boundaries. The other major contributor was Vinod with 15 runs. However, other players did not manage to perform in the same manner and most of them were dismissed at single digits and team closed the innings at the score of 63 runs by losing 6 wickets. With their outstanding efforts Bajrang Cricket Club Dhanpur chased down the target in just 7.5 overs with the loss of 2 wickets. Pick of the bowlers was Alpesh Bhai from Mithan Veer Fighter, who picked 2 wickets in 1 over.
