Rajpurohit Premier League (RPL) Jhadoli 2018 was organized between 5th Nov.’18 to 11th Nov.’18 at Sirohi.
54 teams from various verticals participated in this heavily followed tournament from which, an all-important final was played between Rajguru Adarsh and Jhadoli A Team on 11th Nov.’18 at School Ground- Sirohi.
Electing to bat, Rajguru Adarsh played a decent innings and put up a good score of 109 runs at the end of 12 overs by losing 6 wickets. Team started well with opening batsman Pankaj Kumar Rajpurohit scoring 22 runs off 16 balls with 3 boundaries and 1 six. Highest scorer was Rahul, who added important 30 runs at fast pace during crucial overs, which helped team reach at strong position. Bowling highlight of the innings was Motilal from Jhadoli A Team, who scalped 3 important wickets in 2 overs.
While replying, despite losing wickets at regular intervals Jhadoli A Team managed to achieve the target in 11.3 overs. The key contributor was Bhavik Rajpurohit, who smashed 44 runs off 22 balls with 3 boundaries and 3 sixes taking team very close to the final win. With his outstanding efforts, team reached at the score of 110 runs in 11.3 by losing 7 wickets. Pankaj Kumar Rajpurohit from Rajguru Adarsh bowled really well and picked 3 wickets in 3 overs, which made the target a little difficult to achieve from Jhadoli A Team.
