?There was an interesting match played between Sanskar Cricket Academy and Wonder Cricket Academy on 24-Jun-17 at Shikarbadi Cricket Ground, Udaipur. Both teams displayed an amazing game giving each other a tough competition.
Sanskar Cricket Academy chose to bat first after winning the toss. The decision seemed right as most of the players bat well and kept on adding to the score card. But Nishant Sharma’s outstanding bowling who took 5 wickets in the inning stopped them from reaching to a higher score. However, Mukund Gautam, Aditya Jhala and Kunal Singh’s good bating helped their team to reach to the defensible score of 219/10 in 39.2 overs.
While defending, Wonder Cricket Academy’s batting line up was good too. Despite of bowling well, Sanskar Academy bowlers were not able to take the wickets in crucial overs. All the players contributed well in achieving the target score of 220 runs and managed to win the match in 38.2 overs by losing 5 wickets.
Though it was a close win for Wonder Cricket Academy, this win makes them the only team, which did not lost a single match till now in All India Wonder Cement U-16 Cricket Tournament 2017.
