N S Corporate Cricket Cup (1st Edition) 2018 was organized between 9th Jun.’18 to 29th Jul.’18 Noida.
Out of the 10 participant teams, an all-important final was played between HMV Sports and Hunters XI on 29th Jul.’18 at N S Cricket Ground- Noida.
HMV Sports won the toss and chose to bat. Team played a good innings with all the players contributing significantly for the final score. Top scorers were Varun Garg and Manoj Verma with 28 and 27 runs respectively. Vibhor and Vikram Verma too added 21 runs each helping team reach at a good score of 145 runs at the end of 20 overs with the loss of 6 wickets.
While chasing, Hunters XI got a very good start with both the opening batsmen Umesh and Utsav scoring 28 and 24 runs respectively at fast rate, which was followed by a wonderful innings by Robin Rawat, who scored 40 runs off 33 runs with 3 boundaries and 3 sixes. Team chased down the target in just 15.4 overs by losing 2 wickets.
